Pitiful Pantry

I like being organized but it is definitely not my strongest skill. Paul, on the other hand, is AWESOME at putting stuff back where it belongs and having a system for organization.

Today, my goal is to get this monstrosity closer to a neat organized pantry ......

Ugh. I have my work cut out for me.

Any suggestions for pantry organization?
P.S. I'm slightly embarrassed that I'm putting this out there for all to see.
